As per the stamping parts type, we can supply Deep Drawing Dies and Tools, Single Punching Dies, Compound Dies and Continuing Punching Mold. One-Stop Solution service brings customers supreme benefit and convenience. Beginning from clients' requirement, we start with drawings or samples that provided by customer, or working with customer to Co-Design the customized metal stamping parts. After having the products drawing, come to Precision cold punch mold design by using computer software such as UGNX, Pro/E, Presscad, Dynaform, Autocad, etc. For the mold processing, we have high-end mold processing machinery, including imported Mitsubishi Wire Cutting machine, Mikron Milling machine, and Grinding machine imported from Taiwan, etc. Our production division is equipped with12 sets of precision High speed punching machine from 25T-200T. Quality is the key to the co***ny; we pay special attention to guarantee each procedure during the production.
